Job Opportunity: eLearning & Curriculum Specialist
The Centre for Teaching and Learning at Western University is seeking a Regular Full-Time eLearning & Curriculum Specialist.
This role is critical to the Centre for Teaching and Learning’s mandate of promoting innovation in technologically enhanced learning and e-learning and supporting departments and faculties in curriculum design and renewal. The incumbent advises on new online courses and academic programs in consultation with academic units. The Specialist also designs programs and services to support online and technology enabled teaching excellence among faculty members and departments across the university. The incumbent supports departments in curriculum review and renewal, including providing consultation during the design of learning and program outcomes for new degree programs, and assists departments with designing outcomes assessment and incorporating innovative technologies in the curricula of new programs. The Specialist also provides leadership, training and one-on-one design support for departments and faculty in their efforts to enhance teaching and learning.
